🚨 PUBLIC NOTICE & LEGAL WARNING

This blog post addresses the unauthorized use of MikeTech logo by UgamaTV, which has resulted in a breach of copyright, trust, and branding ethics. The misuse of our brand identity without consent is a direct violation of intellectual property laws and DMCA standards. The unauthorized branding must stop immediately.

This is a public warning to the blogger behind UgamaTV, Mr. Tochukwu Chukwu, and to any other blogger or digital publishers who might feel entitled to use corporate identities without due consent:

“Using the official logo or intellectual property of MikeTech Innovative Hub without prior approval, agreement, or authorization is a clear violation of copyright and branding laws.“

📸 Unauthorized Use of MikeTech Logo by UgamaTV

Several viral posts authored by UgamaTV and circulated across public whatsapp groups carried the official MikeTech logo as their thumbnail preview — despite the content being entirely unrelated to MikeTech or our operations.

These actions were taken without my knowledge, request, partnership, or approval. Such behaviour is deceptive, misleading, and absolutely unethical in any media or branding context.

🔔 Attempts to Privately Resolve the Unauthorized Use of MikeTech Logo by UgamaTV

Tochukwu Chukwu was directly tagged through the Whatsapp group where the posts were shared. Several messages were sent to him, requesting clarification on the use of the MikeTech logo.

✔️ He read the messages after they were sent,
❌ Yet, he refused to respond, call, or acknowledge the concern in any form.

These ignored efforts to settle the issue amicably now gave rise to this formal public warning, to protect the integrity of the MikeTech brand and to set the record straight.

🧾 I Respect Copyright — You Should Do the Same Too

Mr. Tochukwu Chukwu, I want to make this abundantly clear:

I have never used your UgamaTV logo in any of my graphic designs, blog posts, or promotions.
Why? Because I respect intellectual property rights and your brand’s privacy policy. Therefore, I expect the same courtesy and professionalism in return.

❌ No Justification for Using Our Logo

Your defence can not be ignorance, as you’ve been in the blogging industry for over 4 years. This is basic knowledge:

A logo can only be used in direct connection with the brand it represents—such as for posts, flyers, or news about the entity involved.

In this case, the MikeTech logo was used in non-affiliated and unrelated news articles, falsely suggesting endorsement or authorship.

⚖️ Legal Consequences for Unauthorized Use of MikeTech Logo by UgamaTV

Unless you immediately cease and refrain from further unauthorized use of the MikeTech logo, the following actions will be enforced without further warning:

1. A formal legal suit will be filed against you and your blog under copyright and intellectual property violation laws.

2. I will submit a DMCA takedown against the posts in question.

3. I will report and flag your blog (UgamaTV) directly to Google for copyright violation and non-original content, which may trigger account penalties or platform bans.
